Matrix Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is a company where mutual interest of employer and employs are focused with a positive approach. The Management is always concerned for the betterment of staff. Several measures have been taken to provide a good working atmosphere and best available resources in order to achieve our business targets. Third party surveys are conducted to assess the level of motivation and contentment within the staff. New policies are being introduced to aid the working staff for financial facilities.
The management has taken another decision in goodwill for staff and introduced the Gratuity fund.
Feasts And Fun
The management has announced a Dinner on July 21, 2011 in appreciation to the efforts and participation of the Staff in the implementation program of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. A dinner was arranged by the management on July 21, 2011. All honorable guest and valued Staff members were welcomed by the Senior Management.
