Matrix Engineering offers a wide range of Hygienic Grade Equipment Manufacturing for Pharmaceutical, Dairy, Food & Beverages Industry. We have supplied 50,000 Liters capacity Milk Silos and Process Tanks to Millac Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. We also worked with Unilever Pakistan Ltd. at Walls Ice Cream Factory for the Expansion Project and supplied Hygienic Grade Process Tanks and installed Process Piping. We have a comprehensive solution for Mixing, Homogenizing, Processing and product Storage.

In today’s competitive Era, where standardized products on mass scale production has an economical impact in overall cost but customized manufacturing is still a need of today’s Industry. Matrix Engineering offers customized solution in different areas with special emphasis on economic aspects. Our Engineers analyze the case from different angles & come up with solution meeting the end requirement. We manufactured & installed an Insulated Hood on the largest ever Paper making machine (9 M Wide & 75 M Long) of Packages Ltd. This job involved fabrication & erection of hot dip galvanized steel structure (80 Tons), Ducts (50 Tons), Heat Recovery Modules and Insulated Panels (3200 M 2).

Screw Conveyors for conveying Free flowing and Non-free Flowing bulk solids have been supplied to Haleeb Foods Ltd., Pepsi Cola International (Pvt.) Ltd. and Unilever Pakistan Ltd. Chain Conveyors in SS material have been our significant product for Process Industries. We have also provided different types of Belt Conveyors to Textile Industries.

We have been providing our services in Design and Development of Special Application Equipment related to Process Industries. Customized Hygienic fittings including but not limited to Bottom Flush Valves, Gate Valves, Level Transmitter Assemblies and Pipe fittings etc. Special Application Filters of Hygienic Grade are supplied to Unilever Pakistan Ltd. Moreover we have provision to manufacture Equipment accessories like Manhole Covers both in Elliptical and Round profile that of International Grades.

Omore Ice Cream Plant

The company has privilege to complete the Mechanical Installation and Erection of Omore Ice Cream Plant a project of Engro Foods Limited. Major Scope of work Includes - Installation and Erection of Refrigeration System with associated Radiography Class Piping - Installation and Erection of Hygienic process Equipment and Associated Piping - Installation and Erection of Utilities Piping and Equipment - Steel Structure Fabrication and Erection.

Pakarab Fertilizer Project

Installation, Erection and Commissioning of 03 Nos. Heat Recovery Steam Generation (HRSG) Systems at Pak Arab Fertilizers Multan is another major project of the company in progress. Two HRSG Systems have been commissioned successfully and are in operation, while the Third one is also commissioned successfully and is in trial phase. Our scope of Contract includes both Mechanical and Electrical / Instrumentation services.

Ongoing Projects

Design, Fabrication and Supply of Dye Mixing System for Cosmetics at Unilever Pakistan Limited is our current project. Our scope of supplies and services includes Jacket Heated Mixing Vessels, Hot Water Generations System complete with Instrumentation, for both Product and Jacket Heating.

Currently working with Two Multinational & Local Pharmaceutical companies’ offering complete system solutions depicts our expertise and aptitude in Hygienic provisions.
