Manufacturing Facilities:

Our manufacturing facility is spread over an area of 12,250 square meters at two different locations and equipped with all kind of plant & equipment to cater heavy and light manufacturing in a wide range of materials including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel. Engineering Works is also facilitated with all kind of lifting tools & equipment including mobile cranes, overhead cranes, fork lifters and pallet trucks for safe handling of jobs.

Skilled manpower adopts the engineering design to finished product with the help of allocated resources under the supervision of experienced management.

Production Planning department plays vital role for timely completion and delivery of jobs. They prepare & implement production plans, closely monitor these plans and take necessary measures to remove bottlenecks by adding more resources if required.

Finally these plans are analyzed by comparing budgeted man-hours, materials & consumables against actual consumed as a part of continual improvement.

Achievements:

The Company has achieved following milestones for the provision of EPC Services to our valuable customers during the year 2008-10.

Fabrication and Supply of Equipment in CS and SS materials - 500 Tons approx.
Fabrication and Erection of Steel Structure in CS and SS materials - 1,000 Tons approx.
Installation and Erection of Plant Equipment & Machinery - 2,500 Tons approx.
Pipeline Fabrication and Installation in CS and SS materials covering High Pressure and Hygienic Class Piping - 100,000 Dia. Inches approx.

Gratuity Fund

Matrix Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is a company where mutual interest of employer and employs are focused with a positive approach. The Management is always concerned for the betterment of staff. Several measures have been taken to provide a good working atmosphere and best available resources in order to achieve our business targets. Third party surveys are conducted to assess the level of motivation and contentment within the staff. New policies are being introduced to aid the working staff for financial facilities.

The management has taken another decision in goodwill for staff and introduced the Gratuity fund.

Feasts And Fun

The management has announced a Dinner on July 21, 2011 in appreciation to the efforts and participation of the Staff in the implementation program of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. A dinner was arranged by the management on July 21, 2011. All honorable guest and valued Staff members were welcomed by the Senior Management.

Annual Increments and Promotions for Slab-I

Management is pleased to announce annual Increments and Promotions for the staff of Slab-I (July 2010~July 2011) in appreciation to the efforts made throughout the year.

Seven personnel are promoted to new Functional designations.

The Management congratulates the Staff for their efforts and aspires the best loyalty and favors in respective fields for boosting up the Company business with fullest of energies.

Installation and Erection of UHT-0 Plant at Engro Foods Limited - Sahiwal Dairy.
Fabrication and Supply of Belt Conveyors and other Plant Equipment for Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd.
Design, Fabrication and Supply of Various Tanks and Plant Equipment in Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel for Miscellaneous Expansion Projects at Unilever Pakistan Limited. Also Site Projects are in Progress With Unilever Pakistan Limited. There Sites includes Futehally Chemcials, Ashraf Soap Industrial (Pvt.) Ltd., HPC Factory, Unilever Pakistan Limited and Walls Ice Cream Factory.
